Retour sur les prévisions d'achats

Revenons sur les prévisions et cette fois dans le seul domaine des achats.

Les acheteurs considèrent souvent à défaut que de bonnes prévisions seraient le sésame pour bien acheter et l'élément clé de la négociation : ce point de vu semble à priori surprenant ... Donc sans prévision point de salut !

> Cependant, ne serait-il pas possible de :

  • Faire une analyse de la valeur de l'élément ou de la prestation acheté,
  • Essayer de connaître le meilleur prix du marché en faisant, par exemple, des benchmarks externes,
  • Vendre la présence du fournisseur sur tel nouveau projet,
  • Elargir la base de consultation à des nouveaux entrants,
  • Remettre en compétition systématiquement le panel des fournisseurs référencés (consultations ouvertes à minima à 50% de fournisseurs nouveaux),
  • Vendre au fournisseur un arrêt de ses livraisons à deux ans si telle condition d'amélioration n'est pas obtenue ?

Voici de simples leviers qui montrent que les prévisions et les volumes sont loin d'être le centre des négociations. C'est sans aucun doute l'acheteur qui s'est laissé piégé et qui a mis les prévisions au centre du débat, exigeant de fortes baisses lorsque les volumes augmentent.
